BEQUEEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Refunds
All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are considered final.
Exchange Period: You can exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided you have the original sales receipt and the original Bequeen packaging.
Condition of Merchandise: Merchandise must be in unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged condition. It must have all its original tags attached for exchanges to be accepted.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, you can contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at +92-324-2406624 between 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Price Adjustments: If a product’s price is marked down due to a sales promotion, customers are eligible for an exchange against the new, marked-down price.
Used/Misused Items: Items that have been used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged Merchandise: You can report damaged merchandise within 3 days of purchase. For online purchases, damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of claims and exchanges.
Sales/Promotion Periods: No exchanges can be made during sales or promotion periods.
Promotional Products: Products that are part of promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Accessories: Accessories, including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts, are not eligible for exchange.
